c & d

thanks to one of my good friends, i finally got recent pics of my two favorite buddies in the morning, Chico and Delamar. i've known this duo since my college days when Brad Turvey was still co-hosting the program but I'm not an active "rusher" ever since. I find enjoyment even just listening to their antics and banters on air. I also love their being witty. It seems like they always have a say on things that I learn new stuff everytime I listen to them. And of course, there's the Top Ten. The segment with the added charm of the hosts really make my day. So, I look forward to more days and even years with C & D.

also, got this message from "Vessels of Honor" as yesterday's advice. it's a very timely quote since I myself have been in search for something these past few days.. right now, am clueless. but i greatly hope that with the grace of God, I'd find something which is of great significance...

"the search for significance is the most significant search of mankind. But if our significance is found in insignificant things, our search is itself insignificant."

Xo,

korean film

First of all, Happy MONDAY!!!

This was advertised by our company last Sept.. too bad I was not able to watch them. I'll just blog the promo poster here so that I'd remember to watch them and to make known to others these movies as well... I've always loved Korean TV series and I'm pretty sure that their flicks are also must-see's on their own rights. Period/ historical films are, in particular, very poignant! I hope you'd also find time to see their flicks...

Movies have always been a way for us to learn more about a country's culture. I'm positive that these movies would help boost our knowledge about one of the most historical countries in Asia, South Korea. =)
